Employee Testimonials

"One of the best things about working at DHA is that I get to work with experienced staff and partners every day. My assignments are varied and challenging, and I’m encouraged to ask questions and get one-on-one training from the partners when I’m learning something new. It’s been great being able to work with clients and develop those relationships. Working at DHA, I feel like my contributions are valued and that everyone is invested in my development."
 - Jordan,  Senior Accountant

"I have been with Drazan, Henke and Associates since the beginning, when it was just me and Mike in a little office in downtown Chaska. It’s been an incredible journey as the firm has grown into the company it is today, with 18 permanent staff members and 2,000 clients. I’m proud to be a member of an organization that takes great care of its employees and works hard to create a fun and inviting culture. All of us, including the partners, like to laugh and have a good time, both in the office and out. During tax season we organize great stress relievers like catered in lunches, chair massages, and this year we even had “Suspender Tuesday.” We also plan fun firm events throughout the year, whether we’re heading to a winery or hitting the lake on a pontoon. I enjoy working here, and I hope to continue working here until I retire, which could be another 11 years!"
